EXCHANGE

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, notify us within 2 days of receipt of goods to organise an exchange or store credit on full priced items purchased online through Vessal Studios and returned to us within seven days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchange or store credit on any found items, gift cards or promotional/sale items. Goods must be returned in original condition, including original packaging and Vessal Studios is not responsible if the package is lost or damaged upon return. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within two days of receipt of goods for replacement, repair or refund. Please contact us at hello@vessalstudios.com.au for instruction on how to process the return. 

After seven days, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted for change of mind or faults.
